MonDak Humane Society
The MonDak Humane Society is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. At the present
time we are functioning specifically as a "Lost and Found" and "Adoption Facilitator";
we do not have a temporary shelter and only a few foster homes to house our animals. If
you would like to provide a temporary home for a foster animal please visit our
Fostering Animals page. If you are looking to adopt a dog or cat please email us with
a request and we will put you on our waiting list.

Prevention of cruelty to animals.
Reduction of animal overpopulation through the prevention of unwanted births.
Promotion of an aggressive adoption program which will seek suitable homes for animals without owners.
Extension of humane education for the public.
Our Short Term Goals
Develop foster care and adoption programs in the communities that we serve.
Encourage responsible pet ownership, including a spay/neuter program to reduce the number of unwanted animals.
Set up a temporary shelter until a permanent facility can be obtained.
Our Long Term Goals
Offer services to assist current pet owners such as: obedience classes, spay/neuter and vaccination clinics, education classes, lost and found pet service, grief counseling/support groups for those who have lost a beloved pet.
Investigate reports of animal abuse.
Operate a sustaining fully staffed regional animal shelter where we can provide comfort and care for our community's unwanted animals.
